Síntesis

Applies specification curve analysis across three large datasets (n ≈ 355,000) to quantify the link between digital technology use and adolescent well-being. The association is negative but tiny, explaining at most ~0.4% of the variance, on par with effects of wearing glasses or eating potatoes. Argues the modest size explains the apparent lack of consensus.
