Síntesis

Meta-analysis of 10 randomized controlled trials (N ≈ 1,491) finding that interventions to cut social media use produce a small-to-moderate reduction in depressive symptoms (g ≈ 0.25 after adjusting for publication bias). Provides some experimental support that moderating use can help, though trials are short and mostly in young adults.
