Meta-analysis of 7 RCTs of programs to prevent depression in children of depressed parents. Effects were small but significant on symptoms post-intervention (g=-0.20) and small-to- moderate on depression incidence (RR 0.56; NNT~4), reinforcing that targeted family prevention works.
