Síntesis

Experiment with 143 undergraduates randomized to limit Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to 10 minutes per platform per day versus usual use for three weeks. The limited-use group showed significant reductions in loneliness and depression. Small sample of older adolescents/young adults; short duration limits generalizability.
