Síntesis

Randomized trial of Family Foundations, a transition-to-parenthood program, with 169 couples expecting their first child. Intervention improved coparental support (effect sizes ~0.35 mothers, ~0.54 fathers), lowered maternal depression and anxiety, reduced father-child distress, and benefited infant self-regulation. Targets coparenting directly rather than romantic satisfaction.
