Síntesis
Comprehensive review of neuroimaging evidence in youth with CU traits/
psychopathic traits. Consistent findings: reduced amygdala response to
fearful faces, reduced ventromedial prefrontal cortex response to
punishment cues, impaired reinforcement learning. Provides
neurobiological grounding for the clinical observation that CU-positive
children "don't seem to care" about punishment - empirically, their
threat-processing system responds differently.
